Cody Brown It's all because of his ex Christina BrownIt's happiness, but he hopes that means she'll stop talking about him and the only wife he has left. Robyn Brown. In the final episode of Sister Wives: One on One special, viewers met Christine's new husband, David Woolley. And instead of talking negatively about his ex's new man, Kody seems to be rooting for David.
“I met David for 15 minutes, had a conversation, a very soft, light conversation. He was talking mostly to Robyn and she thought it was very sweet,” Kody said. “Christine chose it, so I think it's a good match, but I don't know anything.”
Kody, however, expressed his hope that this new relationship would mark the end of Christine “talking trash” about him to their shared children.
“She will probably, and I hope so, be a very good wife to David,” Kody said of Christine. “I think now that she's in love with David she should show it and not say anything bad about Robyn again, because that's when I'll believe that Christine is in love, when she doesn't have anything bad to say.” about Robyn or me to our children.
Kody doubled down on the sentiment later in the episode.
“What she did was wrong, and I am happy for her and her life and that she is moving forward and will find love. I am happy about that. But I cannot forgive, at least not now, the fact that she has put my children in my against in a very subtle but real way that bothers me,” he said, adding: “If she's really in love, which I hope is the real story, that should all stop. Her trash talking to me “My kids, her trash talking to me in this program should end. Because if she's in love, she should be over it.”
As for Christine, she says that meeting David helped her better understand Kody and Robyn's relationship.
“I was standing in my kitchen and I thought, this is how Kody feels about Robyn, how I feel about David is how Kody and Robyn feel about each other,” Christine recalled. “Oh, well, then I would never want to leave. I would never want to go to someone else's house.”
He added of Kody and Robyn: “They deserve to be happy. Go and be happy with each other, for God's sake, be happy with each other. Let the rest of us go, let us go. Stop being mad. “And then we can all get along again once you let it go and stop getting angry.”
